Award-winning videogames publisher Curve Digital has today announced it has signed a deal with Echo Chamber Games, a thrilling new developer based in Leamington Spa.
The agreement will see the studio’s first title released in 2020, initially on PC.
Echo Chamber Games is formed of Tim Lewis, Hannah Payne and Gavin Stewart, who left previous jobs within a larger studio to form their first company.
Whilst specific details of the game are yet to be unveiled, publishing director Simon Byron said: “When you know, you know. As soon as we found out what the team were planning, we were immediately besotted. This will come across as a lie, but it’s not: they were four words into their original pitch when I stopped them to say: ‘we’re in’. I cannot wait to properly show everyone the game later this year."
"It's already been a challenging but exciting adventure, leaving our studio jobs and starting something that we're incredibly passionate about - but we couldn't have found anyone better to do this with than Curve,” added Tim Lewis, Studio Director and Co-Founder, Echo Chamber Games. “We're thrilled that we're working with them on our debut title, and can't wait to release something we're certain will be hilarious and a lot of fun."
