Head of People & Culture

London (currently remote) Full-time

We’re looking for an experienced People & Culture Director to develop and deliver our people strategy. This is a brand-new role which will support our business in optimising the People & Culture function to create a positive, creative and supportive working environment. This role is an excellent opportunity to showcase your talents and make a real impact on our People Strategy.

Job Role

  • Support the development of the Company culture and ensure this is embedded through the employee lifecycle and that Curve Digital is a great place to work.
  • Develop a people strategy that supports all touchpoints of the employee lifecycle, including Recruitment, Performance Management, Talent Management, Reward & Benefits and Employee wellbeing and engagement.
  • Identify and develop an employee value proposition that will drive candidate attraction and support employee retention.
  • Drive workforce planning to support ongoing growth of the business.
  • Enhance employee experience, engagement, and wellbeing through the delivery of key people initiatives.
  • Evaluate learning and development needs across the workforce and implement learning mechanisms to build capability and resource.
  • Create early talent programmes and build a pipeline of candidates ready for the future.
  • Develop people policies that support the people strategy, embody the culture of the company and support line management decision making.
  • Act as a sounding board for the Senior Leadership Team and people managers on HR related matters, providing expert advice and coaching throughout.
  • Manage HR reporting including identifying key metrics and data to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure all people processes are approached with business needs and continuous improvement in mind.

Requirement

What we want from you:

  • Senior HR experience with a strong track-record of delivering strategic and operational HR.
  • Experience working within a creative industry, high growth organisations or SMEs in general a distinct advantage.
  • Strong generalist HR content knowledge across performance management, talent, engagement and culture.
  • Inspirational and forward-thinking leader who is comfortable with developing and empowering staff.
  • Experience working with senior leaders and gaining buy in from all levels of the organisation.
  • Experience of developing and delivering HR Projects & initiatives – strong strategic thinking coupled with good project management skills and a proven ability to execute.
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to take own initiative and work under own direction.
  • High level of energy with an entrepreneurial flair and the determination to make a real impact on business performance.
  • Proven track record of building successful team cultures.
